The Permanent Mission of Peru presents its compliments to the General Secretariat–and has the honor to refer to document CP/CAJP-2094/03 “Selection of topics for the Agenda of the Seventh Inter-American Specialized Conference on Private International Law (CIDIP-VII).” 
This Permanent Mission is pleased to inform the General Secretariat that the Peruvian authorities agree with the selection of topics presented in resolution CIDIP-VI/RES.1/02, especially with regard to item 2, Continuation of work on transportation to encompass a multi-modal approach, including road, rail, shipping, and air transportation.
The Permanent Mission of Peru avails itself of this opportunity to convey to the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (OAS)–Secretariat for Legal Affairs (SLA), Department of International Law–renewed assurances of its highest consideration.
