The Permanent Mission of Brazil to the Organization of American States presents its compliments to the Department of International Law of the Secretariat for Legal Affairs (SLA) and, with respect to document CP/CAJP-2094/03, has the honor to forward the suggestion of the Brazilian Government that the following items be on the agenda of the Seventh Inter-American Specialized Conference on Private International Law (CIDIP-VII):
a.Electronic commerce
b.Transborder commercial insolvency; and
c.Transborder movements and migratory flows of persons. 
The Permanent Mission of Brazil avails itself of this opportunity to convey to the Department of International Law of the Secretariat for Legal Affairs (SLA) of the Organization of American States renewed assurances of its highest consideration.
