Approval and amendments of these Rules of Procedure
Article 87
1. These Rules of Procedure, approved by CEPCIDI ad referendum of CIDI, may be amended by CIDI, at its own initiative or at the request of the Committee.
2. Procedural matters not covered by these Rules of Procedures shall be resolved by the Committee, the Executive Board, or the TAGs, as appropriate. No decision adopted under this provision may contradict other provisions of these Rules of Procedure or provisions of other legal instruments applicable to the Committee.
Provisions Applicable to Meetings of the Committee, the Executive Board, and the TAGs
Article 88
Article 22 of these Rules of Procedure, on the powers of the Chair of the Committee, and Articles 34 to 43 and 45 to 52, on debate in the Committee meetings, shall be applicable to the meetings of the Executive Board and of the TAGs, as appropriate.
